Description

Dip Powder Coatings

Dipping powder coatings: polyethylene thermoplastic powder
The coating layer has good chemical resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, bending resistance, acid resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance, and good surface decoration properties.
Conventional construction conditions:
Derusting and degreasing the workpiece, heating to 350±50°C (the specific heating temperature depends on the heat capacity of the workpiece and is determined by experiment).
Immerse the workpiece in a fluidized bed for 10-12 seconds, heat it to 150°C-230°C, take out the surface and level it, and then cool it down.
Another one-time molding of plastic powder, no fluidized bed is required.

Main application:

The surface coating of highway, railway, park, courtyard and other guardrails, bicycle baskets, bookshelves, clothes racks, refrigerator inner grilles.

Features:
The thickness of the drape layer is 0.5-3MM, which has strong impact resistance and longer protection period.

Technical parameter:

Fineness: 50 mesh-70 mesh
Density: 0.92-0.94 g/cm3
Dipping process: pre-processing → upper workpiece → pre-baking (pre-baking at 320℃-370℃ for 15 minutes) → dipping (vibration, removing residual powder) → curing (180℃-200℃ for 10 minutes) → lowering the workpiece. Dipping is a heating process, metal is preheated, dipped, and solidified. During immersion, the heated metal sticks to the surrounding materials. The hotter the metal, the longer the immersion time and the thicker the material.
